Ever stumbled upon a word you haven't heard of before? But you were to lazy to open a new tab and search for that definition on Google? Don't worry, on Mac there is a simple way of dealing with this problem. Tap with three fingers on the word you don't know about, a definition will pop up, like this: Taping with three fingers does the same action as you would do with a Force Click on the MacBooks and MacBook Pros. Charge your device faster! In an emergency, you might want to charge your iPhone in 10 or 20 minutes. In such scenarios, you might want to do a few things. This will result in your iPhone charging faster. Turn on Airplane Mode Airplane mode disables Wi-Fi and Bluetooth preventing your iPhone from connecting to the internet or connecting with nearby devices. This also disables the cellular networks on your device. The iPhone will charge a bit faster. Methods -  Slide up control center and enable Airplane Mode. Settings > Airplane Mode (Toggle On) Turn the device off. If that didn't help you, you might want to turn the entire device off. This will help the iPhone charge a lot faster as it isn't using the battery while it's charging. Hold the power button until 'Slide to Power Off' appears. Enjoy Marathon Week! Creating a vibration Ever wanted to have a custom vibration pattern for your special contact, well, if you didn't know, you can create one. Just head over to : Settings > Sounds > Ringtone > Vibration > Create new vibration The way it works is that you hold longer to make it vibrate longer and hold shorter to make it vibrate shorter. It works great! Setting the vibration for the contact Setting the vibration is easy, just head over to the contact and scroll down until you see 'Vibration', it will be located right under 'Ringtone'. As part of Tim Cook’s packed schedule during his visit to India, Apple today  confirmed  it’s opening a new facility in Hyderabad, that will focus on Maps development and employ up to 4,000 people. Apple is opening a new $25 million development office in Hyderabad, where some 150 employees will be supporting Maps development. “We’ve been investing to expand our operations in India and are thrilled to have passionate customers and a vibrant developer community across the country,” a PR person said. “We are looking forward to opening a new development office in Hyderabad that will be home to over 150 Apple employees supporting maps development,” Apple added. “The office will also have space for many contractors who will support our ambitious efforts locally.” Apple's center will occupy 250,000 square feet. India is the world’s third market for smartphones and the fastest-growing smartphone market in the world. Yes, you saw the title. And it is true, Apple filed application top open retail stores in India. Apple has filed an application with India's department of industrial policy and promotion (DIPP) to build their own retail stores here, in India. India Times reported on Wednesday. With this, they are also going to start selling their products online. "We have just received Apple's proposal." said DIPP Secretary Amitabh Kant "We are examining it" The reason Apple hadn't made this move before is that the government just relaxed their stringent rules regarding foreign direct investment. So, technology companies like Apple had to cut deals with other authorized resellers to sell their products in India.
